  5. Our maintenance controllers are experienced former vehicle technicians, who know the requirements for each job and are able to identify and remove excess costs before authorising work
  6. We’ve pioneered automation for service requests and can automatically authorise 60% of requests
  7. We have an average response time of nine minutes to service/maintenance enquiries (versus a 15-minute industry standard)
  8. We are the only leasing company to provide British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association (BVRLA)-accredited training for all our customer facing people

  6. We’re signed up to the BVRLA’s code of conduct and we use the BVRLA’s fair wear and tear guide for end-of-contract vehicle assessments. We also use the BVRLA’s conciliation service (the BVRLA is approved by the Government as a Consumer Alternative Dispute Resolution body).
